All prices and charges on this store are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include VAT when applicable. You can also view the price in Euros and US Dollars.
The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. Once your order is placed, we will update you with:

  • order confirmation: this email confirms that we have received your Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered and includes your order number. keep this email for your records.
  • shipment confirmation: this email confirms that your order has shipped and typically contains carrier tracking information. if your order contains certain items, you may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails depending on when each shipment leaves our distribution center.

If for any reason, we need to contact you as difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order, or payment verification have here are various reasons for this email message, we will send you  an email to notify you.


If you have an account with us, to find your order status, visit the order history page of the “my account” section of here you will find detailed information about current and past orders. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number(s) will be displayed when available. We will also keep you up to date about the status of your order by email.



Possible reasons that an order would not process:

  • The billing address that is on the order does not match the billing address that the card statement is sent to.
  • Unavailable funds.
  • Incorrect card security code. For most credit cards, enter the three-digit number that follows your account number on the back of your card.

Because product availability is not guaranteed until items are purchased, it is possible for an item to become unavailable while it is in your shopping bag. if an item becomes out of stock, you will have to remove it from your shopping bag. In addition, we will remove items that remain in your shopping bag longer than 7 days.
