DELIVERY&SHIPPINGS

Domestic shipping in the UK, usually takes 2-5 business days to receive after your order has been shipped.
Depending on the carrier and the destination country, International shipments can take anywhere from 3-15 days. 

Certain countries charge customs fee depending on the worth of the goods in the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. We would advise that you find out what these charges may be before you place your order. Please note that we do not cover the customs fee.

RETURN&EXCHANGE

Yes, you can if the item has not been unwrapped from the original package and opened. Please note that the return will be at your charge.

Yes, you can return an unwanted item as long as the item has not been unwrapped from the original package and opened. We will be unable to process an exchange and you will be notified and refunded. Please note that the return will be at your charge.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or not as described. Please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and we has the right to refuse a refund on these grounds. If your item is faulty, please contact us at sales within 7 days of receipt along with your name, order number, and any images you can provide of the faulty item(s).

ORDER

If you noticed any mistakes regarding your order adress or name, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to adjust it for you! But be aware that we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been shipped.

For international shipments, contact your local post office first and ask if they are holding the package for you due to customs.​ Otherwise, contact us at sales as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address that has been provided to us.

We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment if the item goes on sale within 14 days of your order shipment date. A refund for the price difference will be issued back to you as a e-Gift Card.
